The novel coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is believed to spread mainly from person-to-person contact. As a result, federal, state, and local governments and federal and state health agencies recommend social distancing and have, in many locations, prohibited the congregation of groups of people.

Purchase of any kind means you are fully aware of the current global Coronavirus COVID-19 virus outbreak, the current travel restrictions, and inherent risks involved if choosing to travel.  Individual travelers, charter parties, and all other passengers traveling with OK TOURS fully understand that it is his/her/their responsibility to check the latest travel information regarding this virus outbreak.

Individual travelers, charter parties, and all other passengers traveling with OK TOURS are aware that it is his/her/their personal decision to travel and is doing so with full knowledge of current travel recommendations and travel restrictions with regards to the Coronavirus COVID-19 and takes full responsibility for his/her/their actions with regards to this.

OK TOURS recommends the following preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19:

• Cover your mouth and nose with a cloth face cover when around others
• Avoid close contact (Stay at least 6 feet (about 2 arms’ length) from other people.)
• Use a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol
• Cover coughs and sneezes

OK TOURS will not be held liable for any passenger’s decision not to follow certain measures.

Individual travelers, charter parties, and all other passengers traveling with OK TOURS fully understand and acknowledge both the known and potential dangers of traveling and thus utilizing OK TOURS equipment and that use thereof by individual travelers, charter parties, and all other passengers may, despite the reasonable efforts taken by OK TOURS to mitigate such dangers, result in exposure to COVID-19, which could result in quarantine requirements, serious illness, disability, and/or death.

A purchase with OK TOURS of any kind and/or by entering an OK TOURS bus, individual travelers, charter parties, and all other passengers traveling with OK TOURS waive the right to hold OK TOURS, LLC responsible for any injury, illness, or the death of the undersigned or other passengers (or any person who may contract COVID-19, directly or indirectly, from the charter party or such participating passengers or employees).

Insurance for trip cancellation, baggage damage or loss, and trip accident is available. We strongly recommend these optional coverages. Ask your insurance agent for details not included on this package.

Baggage handling is included for one large piece of luggage per person. Please limit yourself to one large bag. An overnight case or similar bag is permitted if you are willing to be responsible for it. OK TOURS is not liable for loss of, or damage to luggage, or any other article or purchase while traveling.

Smoking or open liquor is NOT allowed on the motorcoach. Frequent rest, meal, and sightseeing stops are made which will provide individuals the opportunity to smoke while off the motorcoach.

For trips into Canada, Mandatory Documents are required. Travelers will be required to present a valid passport or other documents as determined by the Department of Homeland Security. Visit www.travel.state.gov for more information.

Reservations made by phone will be held up to six days, pending receipt of your deposit.

A $100.00 per person deposit will hold your motorcoach tour reservation. NON-REFUNDABLE

For Motorcoach Tours final payment is due thirty (30) days prior to departure. NON-REFUNDABLE

All full payments must be made 30 days before departure date. Deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. If cancelled 30 days or more prior to departure, all payments made up until that point will be held as credit for future use within 270 days.  If cancelled 29-14 days prior to departure, the cancellation fee is 50% of full payment - the remaining 50% will be held as credit for future use within 270 days from date of cancellation. If cancelled 13 days or less prior to departure the cancellation fee is 100% of full payment. NO MONEY BACK. NON-TRANSFERABLE.

Cash, Travelers Checks, Personal checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and AE. Return checks $35.00 charge fees plus bank fees.

Mexican Permit fees, meals not specified on the itinerary's, transportation between your home and point of origin, and termination telephone charges, personal services such as laundry, valet, room services, optional tours, insurance, any cost incurred through absence or deviation from the stated itinerary for any reason including illness, any cost not specified, tips of any kind.

Passengers are reminded that they should remain in their seats while bus is in motion for their safety. Passengers understand that to walk or stand can be hazardous due to sudden stops, braking or uneven road surfaces that can cause passengers to fall and injure themselves and/or others around them.

No refunds due to equipment (bus) breakdown or mechanical failure or for events. Reservation and schedule changes not under direct control of OK TOURS. No shows - No refunds.

Seating arrangement will be available at time of purchase. OK TOURS is NOT responsible for any item left on the bus.
