Ana Sarmiento

Ana Sarmiento is the mother, matriarch, and current CEO of OK TOURS. She and her husband, Manuel, founded the business in 1993 from San Antonio, Texas. Starting from humble beginnings meant working hard, fast, and completely focused on serving their customers. Ana spearheaded the OK TOURS Customer Service program and trained each of the new team members who’ve joined the family.
Ana is a fierce, confident leader who inspires passionate action from her employees. She may seem tough on the outside, but she’s known for her heart of gold. In her spare time, Ana enjoys traveling to visit family, spending time with her grandkids, and hosting big, fun dinner parties for loved ones.
Manuel Sarmiento
Vice President
Manuel Sarmiento is the proud co-founder of OK TOURS. He and his wife, Ana Sarmiento, founded the company in 1993 from their headquarters in San Antonio, Texas. Manuel is a prudent businessman whose focus on logistics and business development helped the company grow in its initial stages.
He’s known for his kind, generous leadership style. As the founding partner, Manuel’s impact is felt in the company even to this day. His son now runs operations, continuing the family legacy. In his spare time, Manuel enjoys spending quality time with his family, especially his young grandchildren.
Marcos Sarmiento
COO
Marcos Sarmiento is the current Chief Operating Officer of OK TOURS. His extensive business experience is an invaluable asset to the team. On a day to day basis, Marcos manages the operation, maintenance, and planning for all motorcoach travel. His innovative nature keeps OK TOURS at the forefront of technological and fleet advancements.
Most people don’t know that Marcos grew up at OK TOURS. In 1995 you would have found him playing under his mom’s desk in the company office. Now, he has a family of his own (and just might be raising the next OK TOURS CEO.)
